Did you know, on average, it can take more than 80 days to sell a home with a real estate agent in the Northern VA area. The process requires finding an agent, listing and marketing your home, dealing with open houses and showing schedules and going through escrow – and thats all before you can finally close on the sale. And, at the end of the day, you are typically paying your real estate agent a 6% commission, plus closing costs, which can account for a big chunk of your home’s sale price! Oh and we didn’t even mention repairs, cleaning and home inspections, oh my!

Thats not us. We are truly a small family owned business, with over 20 years combined interior design expertise, born and raised in Fairfax County, VA, that focus on obtaining those 1 or 2 unique properties per year, in communities that are special to us. We then put our blood, sweat and tears into the design and spare no expense to make it happen to ensure the home is transitioned lovingly and luxuriously to the next owner. We’ll schedule a time to come see your home in person.

We can close in as little as two weeks! But you make the timelines, so let us know what works for you!
